Tokenization of Forest Production (TPF)
A transaction modality where the CoPF is backed by cubic meters of forest, allowing for fractional and future sale of wood. This approach provides an efficient alternative to traditional credit operations or receivables anticipation, facilitating access to financial resources with greater flexibility.
Tokenization of Forest/Financial Production (TPF/F)
A method of selling CoPF with a guaranteed buyback option. It represents a legally secure alternative for managers seeking funds in the market, offering a simpler solution compared to complex financial operations such as debenture issuance and sale leaseback.
